New Designer - Nicola Crawford

Regular readers will know that words and language are close to my heart, so Nicola Crawford's  second collection, inspired by near illegible love letters she found in an antique shop, was immediately interesting to me.

As well as a sweet and wearable selection of 'Kisses', I particularly like the jumbled text pieces such as the 'With Love' necklace above, a move on from her debut 'Lost Words' collection.

 

I love the idea of a intriguing, hidden message of affection - far less obvious than wearing a Tiffany-esque heart around your neck, and to my mind, a far more romantic gesture too.
