Christmas '11 Part I - Something Personal

If you haven't thought about Christmas yet, it's high time to start. It couldn't be easier this year, with 2011 having seen a whole raft of emerging designers and retail sites offering a wide choice in exciting and personal presents...

US Label Lulu Frost has gained a bit of a cult following thanks to their Plaza Hotel door number necklaces. The idea has been transformed into a beautiful range of fine jewellery - reflecting the power and importance of a person's 'lucky number'. 18ct and Diamond Necklace £728.

There couldn't be a more appropriate brand for a personal present than narrative jeweller Jessica de Lotz, whose pieces are born from the personal and sentimental stories of her muses from the past. A wax seal pendant stamped with the recipient's initials is £242.

Alternatively, Jessica McCormack's pretty watch key pendant offers the opportunity to buy a uniquely numbered piece with a hidden 0.05ct diamond - £367.

Ps. Can I also suggest a look at my Christmas posts from last year -

Part 1 - Charms
Part 2 - Cuffs
Part 3 - Statement Necklace
Part 4 - Rings
Part 5 - Earrings
